India's 1st functional smog tower inaugurated at Delhi's Anand Vihar

Union Minister of Environment Bhupender Yadav on Tuesday virtually inaugurated India's first functional and Delhi's second smog tower at Anand Vihar. Standing at a height of around 24 metres, the smog tower can filter around 1,000 cubic metres of air per second. This comes after a smog tower was inaugurated at Delhi's Connaught Place (CP) on August 23.
