India's 1st gaming, animation institute to come up in Mumbai

Maharashtra government has decided to allot a 20-acre plot to set up India's first training institute for gaming, visual effects, animation and comics at Film City in Mumbai. "These sectors are taking long strides in India and their overall demand... is on the rise. But, there is still a dearth of skilled manpower in these fields," a government official said.
