India's 1st unicorn InMobi may acquire video app Roposo

India's first billion-dollar startup or 'unicorn', Bengaluru-based InMobi, is in talks to acquire Tiger Global-backed video app Roposo, Entrackr reported. "The overall size of the deal is less than $20 million and will mostly (consist) of stocks," Entrackr quoted sources. Gurugram-based Roposo was founded by IIT-Delhi alumni Avinash Saxena, Kaushal Shubhank and Mayank Bhangadia.
