India's Hansini beats Tokyo Olympics' youngest athlete to win ITTF title

India's Hansini Mathan Rajan defeated Syria's Hend Zaza, youngest athlete of this year's Tokyo Olympics, to win U-12 girls' singles event at ITTF World Hopes Challenge 2021 table tennis tournament in Amman, Jordan. The reigning cadet national champion beat Zaza 11-6, 11-8, 6-11, 11-6 in final on December 14. In September, 12-year-old Hansini won her maiden World Youth Series title.
