India's policy to not use nukes first may change in future: Rajnath

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh during his visit to Pokhran on Friday said that India's nuclear policy has always been 'No First Use'. However, he said what happens in future depends on the circumstances. The Defence Minister was in Pokhran to pay respects to late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his first death anniversary.
