IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet oppose govt's proposed cabin crew fatigue rules: Report
Federation of Indian Airlines, which represents IndiGo, Air India and SpiceJet, urged the government to ease its proposed cabin fatigue rules, stating it disrupts flight schedules and limits growth, Reuters reported. These would increase weekly rest hours to 48 hours from 36 hours. Nearly 4,500 IndiGo flights were cancelled in December 2025 over new rest-and-duty norms for pilots.
