IndiGo has announced that its CEO Pieter Elbers has resigned and will be relieved from his position immediately. This comes months after IndiGo cancelled thousands of flights and caused chaos for lakhs of passengers. The airline's Managing Director Rahul Bhatia has been appointed as the interim CEO after Elbers quit, citing "personal reasons".
