IndiGo has received a GST demand notice worth ₹458 crore from the Additional Commissioner of CGST, Delhi South Commissionerate. According to the company's filing, the order relates to FY 2018-19 to FY 2022-23. The demand has been imposed over compensation received by the airline from a foreign supplier and the alleged wrongful availment of input tax credit.
