IndiGo posts ₹130 cr profit in Q3 after reporting losses for 7 quarters

InterGlobe Aviation, the operator of India's biggest airline IndiGo, has reported a net profit of ₹129.79 crore for the third quarter ended December 2021, after posting losses for seven consecutive quarters. The company's revenue from operations rose 89.3% year-on-year to ₹9,294.8 crore during the period. Its passenger ticket revenues were up 98.4% and stood at ₹8,073.1 crore for the quarter.
