IndiGo reports ₹1,147 cr loss in Q4, its 5th straight quarterly loss

InterGlobe Aviation, parent of the country's largest airline IndiGo, reported a consolidated net loss of ₹1,147.2 crore for the January-March quarter, as against ₹870.8 crore in the year-ago period. This was the firm's fifth consecutive quarterly loss. "This has been a very difficult year with our revenues slumping hard due to COVID-19," IndiGo CEO Ronojoy Dutta said.
