IndiGo to buy 500 aircraft from Airbus in largest deal in aviation history

IndiGo has signed a deal to buy 500 aircraft from Airbus, India's largest airline announced at the Paris Air Show. This is the largest deal in aviation history by number of aircraft. It eclipses the previous record set by Air India earlier this year when it placed an order for 470 aircraft from Airbus and Boeing.
