Indira Gandhi amended Constitution after HC set aside her election: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's elections were declared null and void by Allahabad High Court, so she prohibited judicial inquiry of a Prime Minister through amendment. "I want to ask my Communist brothers to introspect with whom they are sitting," he further stated. Shah said this while criticising Opposition during debate on the Constitution.
