Indira Gandhi's assassin's son Sarabjeet leads in Punjab's Faridkot

Sarabjeet Singh Khalsa, the independent candidate who is fighting from Faridkot, is leading by 55,825 votes, Election Commission data shows. He is the son of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's assassin Beant Singh. As per the latest EC trends, BJP is leading on 237 Lok Sabha seats while Congress took the lead on 100 seats.
