Indira IVF withdraws ₹3,500-crore IPO as SEBI objects to Bollywood biopic: Report

Indira IVF has withdrawn its draft prospectus for a ₹3,500-crore IPO. The company reportedly withdrew the prospectus, filed confidentially in February, after market regulator SEBI objected to Bollywood movie 'Tumko Meri Kasam', a biopic on Indira IVF Founder Ajay Murdia. Notably, the film earned just ₹1.17 crore, according to Sacnik, and shut shop after only the opening weekend.
