Forest fires in Indonesia's Kalimantan have blanketed Southeast Asia in toxic haze. Manila recorded unhealthy PM2.5 levels; Quezon City suspended in-person classes. Malaysia's Kuching became the world's most polluted city. Fires have burned 200,000+ hectares, releasing 46 megatonnes of carbon.
