Indulging in anti-Americanism may lead to US visa rejection: USCIS

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said immigrants will face scrutiny while applying for right to live or work in US. "[We're] going to be less tolerant of anti-Americanism or anti-semitism," said Elizabeth Jacobs, Director of regulatory affairs, policy at Centre for Immigration Studies.
