Indus Towers completed the acquisition of the Passive Infrastructure Business from Bharti Airtel but put Bharti Hexacom's transaction on hold. The company, a telecom tower infrastructure provider, showed strong Q3 performance with 4,985 new towers and 7,583 co-locations, achieving 10.8% and 7.2% YoY growth, respectively. Its industry-leading tenancy ratio remained stable at 1.65x.
