Indus Towers shares end 18% lower as Vodafone plans to sell stake

Shares of Indus Towers ended over 18% lower on Thursday after Vodafone announced that it'd sell 2.4% stake in the company through a block deal to Bharti Airtel, who's also a promoter. The stake is reportedly estimated to be valued at over ₹3,300 crore. Bharti Airtel holds close to 42% stake in Indus Towers while Vodafone holds about 28% stake.
