IndusInd Bank cancels bond sales citing current market conditions
IndusInd Bank has decided to postpone sale of bonds to raise debt, citing "current market conditions". "Since the bank is adequately capitalised at present, it has been decided not to consider raising of Basel III-compliant debt capital instruments for the time being," IndusInd Bank said. The bank was to sell additional tier-one bonds worth $1.46 billion, which RBI rejected.
