IndusInd Bank senior execs to be in committee that'll replace CEO: Report

IndusInd Bank's senior executives will be in the committee that will discharge duties of CEO following resignation of Sumant Kathpalia over accounting discrepancies, CNBC-TV18 reported. The committee will include executives who were currently reporting to CEO and are not impacted by discrepancies report. The bank sought Reserve Bank of India's approval to form the committee for interim period.
