Inebriated village goon opens fire during pilgrimage in Pune; video surfaces

A village goon, who was allegedly in an inebriated condition, opened fire during a pilgrimage in Pune's Maval area. A video of the incident shows the man, Avinash Gothe, firing in the air in the middle of a crowded road. Police said the incident caused panic in the area and that Gothe opened fire to spread terror.
