Influencer CA Sarthak Ahuja posts fake claim, govt shares his video with fact check

Centre fact-checked influencer CA Sarthak Ahuja after he claimed in a video that all Indians must obtain an income-tax clearance certificate every time before leaving India. Calling it fake, PIB wrote, "Under Section 230, the certificates aren't mandatory for everyone; they are only required for specific individuals under certain legal circumstances. This rule has remained unchanged since 2003."
