Info Edge buys remaining 45.36% stake in edtech firm Coding Ninjas

Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri, has approved the acquisition of the remaining 45.36% stake in Coding Ninjas from its founders for ₹39.91 crore. The deal was approved by the board on July 6. Once completed, Info Edge will become the sole owner of Coding Ninjas, which offers online coding and upskilling courses.
