Infosys, other IT shares fall up to 7% amid 'SaaSpocalypse', wipe out ₹1.25 lakh crore in mins

Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Coforge and Persistent Systems fell up to 7% on Wednesday as Anthropic's AI plug-ins sparked a 'SaaSpocalypse' in US software stocks amid concerns about the viability of their business models. The five listed Indian IT stocks wiped out ₹1.25 lakh crore in first few minutes of the trading session, CNBCTV18 reported. NiftyIT has fallen 6.27% so far.
