Infosys co-founder Shibulal's family sells 85 lakh shares for ₹777 crore

Family members of Infosys co-founder SD Shibulal have sold 85 lakh shares of the company for over ₹777 crore. This represented approximately 0.20% of their paid-up equity share capital in the company. SD Shibulal was one of the seven founding members of Infosys and had served as the CEO and MD of the IT company from 2011 to 2014.
