Infosys Co-founder-backed Indegene files for ₹3,200-cr IPO: Report

Infosys Co-founder NS Raghavan and private equity firm Carlyle-backed Indegene has filed papers with SEBI to raise around ₹3,200 crore via an initial public offer (IPO), Moneycontrol cited industry sources as saying. If the listing plans materialise, this would be India's biggest enterprise tech/IT services IPO since TCS in 2004, which had an IPO size of ₹4,713 crore.
