Infosys ends 100% remote hiring process due to fake profiles

Infosys has moved to a hybrid hiring model after concerns over virtual recruitment quality. Around 600 freshers were let go after failing assessments. The company also flagged moonlighting and is expanding its Global Capability Centre practice. Infosys is now focusing on AI-driven services and tighter hiring filters to align with evolving client needs and industry expectations.
