Infosys has a three-phase plan for employees' return to offices: CFO

Infosys CFO Nilanjan Roy explained employees' three-phased return to work plan, saying, "In the first phase, we're encouraging people in their home locations...in the DCs (Development Centres) where they are...to come at least twice a week." He said, "Phase two is encouraging people outside DC towns to make preparations for return." He called "looking at hybrid work" the third phase.
