Infosys hikes average bonus payout to 85% in Q3, best in 3 years: Report

Infosys announced an average organisation-wide performance bonus payout of 85% for the third quarter, marking the best variable pay outcome for eligible employees in at least three years, Moneycontrol reported. Mid- to junior-level employees received payouts ranging from 75% to 100%. The bonuses are expected to be credited along with salaries this month.
