Infosys loses ₹12,500 crore AI contract from global customer

Infosys on Saturday said that it has lost a $1.5 billion (₹12,500 crore) contract for AI solutions. "The global company has now elected to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding and the parties will not be pursuing the Master Agreement," Infosys said. The contract was signed in September 2023 and was intended to be spread over a period of 15 years.
