Infosys has provided no indication on whether CEO and MD Salil Parekh's tenure will be extended beyond March 2027, with its latest annual report offering no clues on succession plans. The company's AGM agenda, scheduled for June 23, contains no proposal on Parekh's reappointment or tenure extension. Parekh is currently the longest-serving non-founder CEO in Infosys' history.
