Infosys records 16% jump in employees earning over ₹1 cr in FY26

Infosys recorded a new high in the number of employees earning over ₹1 crore annually, with 130 staff crossing the mark in FY26, a 16% increase from 112 a year earlier. The rise came amid industry-wide discussions around AI-driven job disruption. Infosys said the increase was largely due to stock awards being exercised and salary hikes during the year.
