Infosys reduces Q4 bonus payouts to employees: Report

Infosys has reduced performance bonus payouts for the fourth quarter to an average of 70%, Moneycontrol reported. This is lower than the third quarter's roughly 85% payouts, the company's best variable pay since Covid period. Employees in personal level (PL) 4 received payouts ranging between 67% and 82% across business units, while those in PL5 received between 65% and 78%.
