Infosys, TCS among firms that Wipro execs can't join for 12 months after leaving: Report

Wipro has a fixed list of 10 major rival companies that senior executives cannot join within 12 months of them serving their last day, Moneycontrol reported. These include Infosys, TCS, IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, HCLTech and Tech Mahindra. Recently, Wipro sued ex-CFO Jatin Dalal for violating non-compete clause in employment contract by joining Cognizant within 12 months of resignation.
