Infosys techie leaves job without another offer; lists unfair workload among reasons

An engineer claimed he quit Infosys without another job offer, despite being his family's sole breadwinner, as he faced "systemic issues". He listed no financial growth despite promotion, unfair workload redistribution, stagnant career prospects, toxic client environment, lack of recognition and regional bias as reasons for leaving.
