Infosys to roll out salary hikes in October & January

Infosys will roll out salary hikes in October and January, CEO Salil Parekh said. The company also plans to recruit 20,000 freshers during the current financial year after hiring over 4,000 in the first quarter of FY27. Meanwhile, Infosys reported 12% YoY growth in its consolidated net profit at ₹7,769 crore in the first quarter of FY27.
