Infosys will spend ₹200 crore to train 500,000 Indians
Infosys has launched the 'Springboard Livelihood Program' with a ₹200 crore investment to help 500,000 job seekers secure employment by 2030. The program targets both STEM and non-STEM sectors, offering training in AI, digital marketing, finance, and essential workplace skills. With 20 implementation partners, Infosys aims to bridge the skills gap and accelerate India's employment growth.
