Infra stock to acquire cooling solutions firm for up to ₹10 cr

Transrail Lighting approved the acquisition of 100% of Gactel Turnkey Projects for an aggregate consideration not exceeding ₹10 crore. Gactel operates in industrial cooling solutions and engineering services. The transaction is expected to be completed within four months. FIIs increased their stake in Transrail Lighting to 2.17% from 1.13% in the previous quarter.
