Injured Jason Holder joins West Indies team for pre-match anthem

Jason Holder was named in the West Indies preliminary squad for the T20 World Cup, but he sustained an injury during the County Championship. For the tournament, West Indies replaced him with Obed McCoy. For the pre-game anthem against the USA in Barbados, local boy Holder joined his teammates.
