Inmates in Venezuelan jail climb on roof to protest alleged abuse

Inmates at Venezuela's Barinas prison climbed on its roof and set fire to mattresses to protest alleged abuse by prison guards. The prisoners, in a video shared by a local NGO, called for removal of the prison's director, who they alleged oversaw guards shoot unarmed prisoners. Inmates also alleged that they are being pressured to sell drugs.
