Innovision's ₹323-crore IPO sets price band at ₹521-₹548

Gurugram-based manpower services provider Innovision has fixed the price band for its upcoming IPO at ₹521-₹548 per share. The issue opens for subscription on March 10 and closes on March 12. At the upper end of the price band, Innovision aims to raise ₹322.84 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹255 crore and an offer-for-sale of 12.38 lakh equity shares.
