Insane bubble, even bigger than 1999: Sridhar Vembu on Big Tech valuations
Zoho Co-founder Sridhar Vembu warned that Big Tech stocks are in an "insane bubble", even bigger than the 1999 dot-com bubble. He cited high price-to-sales ratios, a metric used to value companies, of 20x for NVIDIA, 10x for Apple and 7.5x for Meta. Vembu also referenced a 2002 remark by former Sun Microsystems CEO Scott McNealy criticising high market valuations.
