Insecurity destroys careers of CEOs: World's biggest bank's CEO

Jamie Dimon, who has led world's most valuable bank, JPMorgan Chase, for two decades, said insecurity, not ego, poses the biggest threat to a CEO's career and a company's success. He said insecure leaders surround themselves with people who reinforce their views instead of challenging them. Strong leaders, Dimon added, accept criticism and aren't embarrassed by what they don't know.
