Insider trading charges against Droom Founder Sandeep Aggarwal dropped by DOJ

The US DOJ has dismissed all charges against Sandeep Aggarwal, Founder of Droom, who was arrested in 2013 for insider trading. Aggarwal said he paid $32,428.95 to the SEC to settle the civil case. "Those times were tough for me, my family and my team members...I know what I did was wrong and I'm sorry for my conduct," he said.
