Instagram down for several users in India & many parts of the world

Photos and video sharing platform Instagram has suffered an outage in India and other parts of the world. For multiple users, the outage is causing direct messages (DMs) to load slowly or not load at all. Several other users are reporting that their feed is not being able to load.
