Instagram is down for thousands of users in India and many parts of the world, according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com. More than 46,000 users reported issues with accessing the photo-sharing platform in the United States at the peak of the outage, Downdetector.com said. Users reported that their feeds were not refreshing.
