Instagram has launched a new application, Boomerang, for iOS and Android, which allows users to take a burst of photos and stitches them into one second video loops. In a blog post, the company mentioned that its latest offering, "lets you turn everyday moments into something fun and unexpected." Notably, Boomerang doesn't require its users to have an Instagram account.
