Instagram may allow public accounts to remove followers

Photo-sharing app Instagram is testing a feature to allow public accounts to remove their followers, a spokesperson for the platform said. Instagram also said that users which are removed won't be notified about the action. Earlier, Instagram introduced a 'Mute' feature which allows its users to hide Stories and posts in the feed from certain accounts, without unfollowing them.
