Instagram to bring back chronological feed option in 2022: Head

Instagram head Adam Mosseri during his testimony before US Senate said the platform is aiming to launch version of the app in 2022 that would bring back a chronological feed option for users. Instagram uses algorithmic ranking to personalise a feed based on user preferences. It introduced algorithmically sorted feed in 2016, and then updated it to include recommended posts.
