After sending a cease and desist order to a stalker-friendly app 'Like Patrol', Instagram is taking action against another app built to show private Instagram profiles without permission. The social media platform is sending a cease and desist request to 'Ghosty' for violating its rules. The 'Ghosty' app would further make users pay for bundles or watch ads.
